rclone-backup-2026 is a personal backup tool used by one person, the owner of this site. Every night it encrypts copies of the owner's own files on the owner's own computers and stores them in the owner's own Google Drive, using rclone and restic.
It asks Google only for access to the files it creates itself (the drive.file scope). It cannot see or
change any other file in Drive. It is not offered to anyone else.
